Vincent has 25 years of investment banking experience, mainly in M&A, of which 15 years in London, 8 in Paris and 2 in Tokyo. Prior to co-founding Arcus he was a Managing Director at UBS in Paris and London, co-heading all of the bank’s investment banking activities for the Benelux region as well as heading all M&A activities for France and the Benelux. Vincent started his career at Paribas in Tokyo and also worked for many years at Merrill Lynch in London.
Throughout his career, Vincent advised on a broad range of industry sectors. He was involved in more than 100 M&A transactions with over €350bn of aggregate completed value, including several landmark international situtations.
Vincent holds an Msc. from Ecole Nationale des Arts et Métiers and an Msc. in Finance from HEC.
