Prior to co-founding Arcus, Stéphane has had 25 years of experience, mainly in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sectors. He was Deputy CEO and Group CFO of Telecel Globe, an Orascom Telecom holding company in charge of the Group’s sub-Saharan geographies. He has over 20 years of investment banking experience in M&A and Capital Markets, mainly at Credit Suisse First Boston where he was a Director of Credit Suisse Solution Partners and a Director of the TMT Group based in London. Stéphane started his investment banking career with Lehman Brothers in London.
Stéphane has advised on a broad range of M&A transactions with over $80bn in value in aggregate, which includes several landmark transactions. He was involved in a number of major international IPOs and large equity capital market transactions in the context of privatisations. He also successfully raised for various clients an aggregate of $15bn in debt financing across a wide range of markets and financial instruments.
Stéphane holds an Msc. from Ecole Centrale Paris
